9, 2017
Our Toastmaster was Julie H with the
theme of Celebrating Each Other. Speakers got a low five from members on their
way up front and high five on the way back and candy was given to them as well.
Our President, Randy, opened our
meeting.
Our Gate Team was:
Grammarian – Julie N with the word “refulgent”
Ah Counter – Warren
Timer – Jung, stepping in
last minute
General Evaluator - Barb
Our Speakers were Jack with Refining
the Investor Presentation, Nancy with Skin Deep, and Jim (Best Speaker) with Controlling
Anxiety.
Our Evaluators were Jean, Robert
and Lynne (Best Evaluator).
Our Table Topics
Master
was Hilary. Her theme was inspired! She
brought two containers of fortune cookies and had participants open their
cookies (scissors and a napkin were available) and use the fortune as a table
topics springboard.
Our Table Topic
Speakers
were Steve, Randy (who used our meeting gavel to open his fortune cookie and
was awarded Best Table Topic), Uliana, and Warren.
Announcements:
There were openings
in the next two week’s meetings, but members stepped forward and filled them.

Jean, Jung, Julie, Lynne, Steve, Warren, Mercedes, Jack, Deepa, Sailaga (who
just joined!), Hilary, Emery, Randy, Anju (who just joined!), Robert, Barb,
Becky, Uliana, Julie N, Janell and Nancy.
