30, 2017
Our Toastmaster was Nancy. Our
speeches were all long and we had certificates and mentor/mentee presentations,
so there was no time for a theme…or Table Topics…or General Evaluator…or a
humorist.
Our President, Randy, opened our
meeting.
Our Gate Team was:
Grammarian – Hilary with the word “Salubrious”
Ah Counter – Janell
Timer – Jung
General Evaluator – Would have been
Barb, if we had had time.
Our Speakers were Robert with
Evaluate to Motivate, Lynne with Keeping the Commitment Alive: We’re all in
This Together (Best Speaker) and Amritha with The Curse of Convenience.
Our Evaluators were Jean, Randy and
Warren (Best Evaluator).
Our Table Topics
Master
was Mercedes, but we had no time for table topics today.
Our Humorist was Uliana…and
again, no time.
Announcements:
1. Our next club officer’s meeting is June 6 at 10:45.
2. New members and their mentors were pledged.
3. Jim received a certificate for completing his CL.
4. Lynne received a certificate for completing her High
Performance Leadership manual.
5. Amritha received a certificate for completing her CL and
her Advanced Communicator Bronze.
Members in Attendance

Julie N., Emery, Mercedes, Uliana, Nancy and Becky.

after the meeting, Randy gave his speech, Values and Leadership. Jean was his
evaluator. More than half of our members stayed after the meeting to listen.
