14, 2017
Our Toastmaster was Amritha and
today was Contest Day. Two speakers competed in the International Speech
Contest and three evaluators competed in the Evaluation Contest.
Our Pro Tem President today was Jean,
standing in for Randy.
Our Timer was Mercedes.
Our Competing Speakers were Barb with
Fridays at the Pentagon and Nancy C with Your Thoughts. Barb
won the International Speech Contest and will go to the next level of
competition on April 2nd at the Woodinville Library.
Our Competing Evaluators were Tobias, Lynne
and Barb. Lynne won the Evaluation Contest and will go to the next level of
competition on April 2nd at the Woodinville Library.
Our Target Speaker for the evaluation
contest was Ellen from Canyon Park Echoes Toastmasters, with her speech Look
Around.
Future Events:

International Speech and Evaluation Contest, April 2nd at the
Woodinville Library from 1 to 5 pm.

Division E
International Speech and Evaluation Contest, April 30th at the
Woodinville Library from 1 to 5 pm.

May 20th at the Lynnwood Convention Center
