Still waiting on Maria regarding using her work office for our regular in-person meeting.
DPR, VPE Written Report: Nancy
VPE:
● Everyone has a mentor.
● Mentors, please check in with your protege to help keep them engaged.
● We have our first DPR point. DPR is attached and appended.
● Implemented Jean's idea for a Learning Minute. Still working on creating a bank of them.
● We do not have an Area Director yet.
Webmaster:
● Our schedule pages got a little messed up, so I rebuilt them.
● Kelly is doing great things with the website design.
VPPR Written Report: Kelly
● YouTube
○ Added several more videos to YouTube.
○ Mara said one of the guests who attended the last in-person meeting said he watched her in the Welcome Video. That is awesome!!!
● Facebook.
○ The old Public Speaking Northwest FB Page is still active. I tried to do the email support with Facebook and I am getting nowhere. Do any of you know who might have set this page up and under what email? I think I remember Nancy mentioning someone who you are not in contact with anymore.. if I recall correctly; however, was there a backup officer perhaps?

● PSNW Information sheet. Version V.3 is updated. Thank you Nancy for the last edit! I appreciate you
● Website Update. I added a "Stay Tuned" announcement for our new location.
● Media List. I started compiling the list; however, I had a personal emergency with my cat Baby. He is stable now so I am back on it.
● Idea. I was thinking about Kate. At one of our meetings I thought we could do a short Zoom recording to tell Kate we miss her and email it to her? Or, people could send me personal messages and I could put it together in a digital card?
VP Membership Written Report: Mara (Covering for Kate)
We had three guests at our August in-person meeting. One was Amy's fiance, and two were potential members. Scott and Eleanor will each join us this week or next on Zoom to check out our virtual meetings.
We currently have 24 members. Nevin will not be renewing due to his school load.
Secretary Report: Lynn
Have not done my training yet but intend to by end of the month
Treasurer Written Report: Nguyet and previous Treasurer JinXin
Just wanted to give a brief report that the PSNW US bank account shows that Country Inn has withdrawn $220.20 on 8/2/2022 (for the in-person meeting).

● I now have access to our PayPal account.
● Jinxin and I will meet up this Friday for a bank account transfer

In-Person meeting, a bright paper handout was given to everyone that attended about our mission.
