Our President Lynn opened our meeting at 12:00 p.m.
Our Toastmaster was Mara.
The meeting theme was: All About Pears
The word of the day was Profusion
Our Gate Team was:
Grammarian – Kelly
Ah Counter – Nancy
Timer – Robert
General Evaluator – Lynn
Our Speaker #1 was Warren with “13 Miles of Insanity,”
Visionary Communication path, Level 1, Project 3, 5-7 minutes
Warren’s Evaluator was Caryn.
Our Table Topics Master was Jean. She instructed us to start every TT speech with the phrase “One day,” For the first three topics, Jean gave each speaker four adjectives to include in their TT speech. This was very helpful and made for lively TT speeches.
