Officers meeting minutes
December 04, 2018
Present: Mara, Nancy, Jean, Giri, Uliana
  • New officers - everybody stays, we don't know about Julia and Hilary. But Hilary wants help with finances, we don't know who can help. AP. Jean will reach out to Julia and Hilary about continuing their role.
  • Jean showed us Xmas cards for the conference room owners, and offered to sign them by our club members. We all loved it. Jean also proposed to include a gift card from our club finances - $15 for each card. Approved.
  • Meeting roles document - approved.
  • Business cards - we liked them. We can put one in each envelope. AP. We can ask Lynne to oversee the printing process of them.
  • Next week we decided to meet @11 and sift through the boxes to clean them out.
  • AP. We need to put some templates on our site. AP. We need to gather mentors to educate them about new members docs and templates. We need to coordinate that with Lynne. Meeting roles docs and other docs - we decided to print some of them, but upload them all to the website.
  • Mara and Nancy are editing website. Hilary and Lynne have password. Jean doesn't have to do this anymore.
  • Minutes published to FB - approved.
