Officers Meeting Minutes

I. Opening

·      Welcome …Members in attendance Maria, Nancy, Katie, Deanna, and Theresa.

·      Unanimous approval of the minutes from the January Officers meetings.

·       [Katie] Planning for Area Contest going well, will send a reminder to Theresa for next meeting.

      

IV. New Business

o [Deanna] Potential Brightwater social gathering: public tour max 25; will share with the club to sign up – Deanna is going March 28^th. Will look into picnic afterward?

 All is well.

VPE: 

I am still researching who has not reported their completed projects and reminding them.

Deanna completed level 5 of Leadership Development and is poised to complete the path! Woohoo!

Ravi’s mentor is Maria C.

DPR: We are now Select Distinguished. D2 has not recorded 2 of us for training. I will follow up.  Our Calendar is also attached and appended.

• Google My Business Profile. I will send the link and ask our membership to do a Google Review when I send out your speeches from this week.

Treasurer: Deanna

1.    D2 award dollars submitted 2x via Concur but still awaiting approval by D2 (system/procedural changes going on)

2.    Initial application for Benevity was rejected. I resubmitted using some verification of Club #9406 officers directly from the TI  website. Now awaiting 2nd review for approval.

3.    New member payment collection via Zelle has been going well.

4.    Will start member renewals process in early March.

5.    The PSNW bank account balance is $873.59 on 2/9/2026.
