Survey Results---Maria reviewed the survey sent to members.  She got 20 survey responses. 14 of the 20 were not in favor of going to hybrid meetings. Nancy will explain the details of this graph at our next meeting in her education minute.  The main takeaway is that the majority of club members prefer our present format with 1 in person and 3 zoom meetings per month.

Maria related more survey  results including that members would like to see the following topics discussed:  Body language communicationsMicro-expressions communicationClub contestsEffective evaluationsZoom usage—slides & images, Debate without argument, Podcast Interviewing.

Kelly proposed that during our Halloween meeting (10/28) we encourage participation via fun contests.  She proposed that we have 2 prizes:  one for best costume and one prize for a game, which she will create, (such as guess how many candy corns are in this jar?)  Deanna shared that we had the money to offer $20 in value for each prize, most likely gift cards, probably Amazon. A motion was made, 2nd We voted unanimously to proceed.
