• Webmaster:
• Our issue with receiving Not a Member Confirmation emails seems to be vanquished after deleting the option from our future emails and asking folks to not use the old email threads.
• Robert was suspected of being a bot, but he is now on the White List and that seems to have fixed the problem.
• Vice President of Education (VPE):
• I offered folks the opportunity to do an After Meeting speech, as we discussed. No takers yet. (We also discussed another option, the Speakathon on May 21, which was unanimously approved by all)
• Kelly will be presenting at the district conference!  Woohoo!
• We are still one level 3 or two level 2s away from being President's Distinguished for the 2023/24 TM year. It is confusing to receive our President's Distinguished ribbon for last TM year 9 months after we achieved it..
• Kelly came in second in the area speech competition. Maria competed, but did not place.
• We will need a new President, Sergeant at Arms, and Membership VP (?) by election time at the end of June.
• Treasurer:
• TI membership renewal for April-Sept 2024 is completed.
• New joining member fees (pro-rated) will be processed as new members join.
• The PSNW Concur is account is has processed two payments from
• D2 dollar awards ($100 & $75). There is one new $50 (Pathways
• Incentive) award that I will submit a receipt for in April.
• Upcoming payment for meeting room (May – Aug) will be made in
• late April.
• The PSNW bank account balance is $1349.38 as of 4/9/24.
• Vice President of Public Relations (VPPR):
• Since I am a speaker at the district conference, people are checking out our website. I am hearing all good things.
• We currently have 203 videos posted on YouTube with 34 subscribers.
• Facebook  followers jumped to 374 followers…WOW!!!
• Thank you, Nancy for all the work you do tracking our education. How exciting we are President’s Distinguished Club for 2022-2023.
• Website is updated and Oksana, the President of Leading Edge, Advanced Toastmasters, gave us a testimonial.
• New Business. The Easter Party was my treat. Would you all consider having the club sponsor a ‘summer party’ in June or July? We had 20 people at our in person meeting this week.
• Vice President of Membership (VPM):
• As of April 3rd we have 23 paid members.  We reached out to the nine members who had not paid by March 22nd.  Six confirmed they have dropped: Jim Tracy, Julie Hutton, Rahul Bagai, Sharon Gottula,  and Tian Ouyang.   Two have not responded: Lynn Connell and S. Jutta. l will reach again out in the next week.
