Officer Reports

VP Education/Webmaster: Nancy

WebmasterWhen you launch the admin console, please do not delete the messages for the webmaster.

VPEWe have 3 points and 2 more are within grasp.

Oct 9th starts the Pathways outage until the end of the month. I have downloaded the instructions for each of the projects/speeches in Level 1, as well as the evaluation forms, for our new members who may want to speak while Basecamp is down. Everyone else needs to do it for themselves for the upper levels.

VP Membership: Dustin

New Members:

Theresa Haynes was a guest in August and became a member in September!

We currently have 25 members.  Marcus B. and Sophia A. did not renew.  Katey H. and Hyungjoon Y. have not yet renewed (fingers crossed they will since they are new members.)

Hyungjoon “Matthew” Yoo was a guest in June originally, and completed his application and became a new member in August.  He never opted in to the website and has been dark since he joined and hasn’t renewed in September.

TI Inquiries:  We had 3 TI inquiries in September

Krystal Craig inquired on 9/4 and was invited to next meeting.  Has been invited to meetings throughout the month. Did not attend.

Mary Ann Olson inquired on 9/16 and was invited to next meeting.  Attended 9/17

Stephanie Bean inquired on 9/19 and was invited to next meeting. Attended 9/24

PSNW Inquiries: We had 3 inquiries through our club website in August.

Mary Corothers inquired on 9/5 and was invited to the next meeting.

Dennisse Bray Inquired on 9/15 and was invited to the next meeting.

Lisa Fausneaucht Inquired on 9/23 and was invited to the next meeting.

Other Inquiries:

None that I am aware of.

VP Public Relations:  Kelly.  September was fantastic. The meetings are going very well at the Brightwater Center.

·         Waterproof Sign. Since the cost is much more than I thought, we need to vote if we want to spend the money on a waterproof sandwich board style sign. With the discount, my last quote was $119, but I will need to re-quote to see if the discount is still valid.

·         Halloween Meeting. Since we did not give prizes away at the online September awards party, shall we do something fun for the Halloween Zoom meeting?

·         Thank you again Deanna for all the work you did on the renewals and Nancy for the HARD work of tracking Pathways in the preparation of the shutdown.

As always, it is a pleasure to serve with all of you!

Treasurer: Deanna

·       Processing of membership renewal fees has been completed (10/1/24-3/31/25).

·       25 members renewed for Oct’24-March’25. The renewals are showing on TI website and also the list is updated on “Treasurer function” list on PSNW website

·       Upcoming expense – outdoor sign(s) for in person meetings, Brightwater room payment (currently paid thru November).

·       The PSNW bank account balance is $1250.95 of 10/7/24. There is one outstanding check (#114 for 72.00).

Secretary: Sonal

Nothing new. Takes and send weekly meeting and monthly officers meeting minutes.

Sergeant at Arms: Katie

All is well. Full steam ahead.

President: Lynne

All is going well!!

·       Our second in person meeting at the Brightwater Center was a success!!  Celina, our Brightwater contact, was again very helpful in the set up and take down of the room; she is a positive part of our being there.  We've been encouraging her to come and check out our meetings...and she may just do that!!

·       I loudly echo Kelly’s thanks to Deanna for her work on the renewals and Nancy for her work in preparation for the Pathways shutdown. And thank you all, for serving as officers, I appreciate you and enjoy working with you!!

·       As we get closer to December, we need to know what officer positions will need to be filled for the term beginning in January.  Please be thinking about if you will continue in your present position.  Katie will continue as our SAA, and I plan on continuing as President.
